Meenal Patel

Meenal Patel is an author and illustrator whose work celebrates everyday joys, the moments that connect us, and the strength of community. She is the author and illustrator of Priya Dreams of Marigolds and Masala (Beaver’s Pond Press), which received the South Asia Book Award. She illustrated In This Family written by Shelly Anand (Simon & Schuster) and is currently working on her third author-illustrated picture book, Where Do Stories Live? (Kokila/Penguin Young Readers).
